If you’re successful for this particular opportunity, you’ll be working with the most recognized brands in the world; Google & Facebook! Your most important duty will be to provide your portfolio of clients with world class customer service, stopping at nothing to ensure they are happy. The challenge ahead for you if successful is being able to provide world class service, whilst producing outstanding results in your clients Google AdWords campaigns simultaneously.

Here Are The Skills & Attributes We’re Looking For In You

• A strong ability to manage conflict with disgruntled customers
• A high-level of empathy & patience
• Assertiveness, confidence, and resilience
• At least 3 years experience in a fast paced customer service role dealing with escalated calls, complaints and issues
• Great listening skills
• Confidence in providing client focused, solutions based service to customers
• A good attitude to work & life!
